Over the last 4.5 years we have worked with some notable brands in India & outside D2C space including - The Nestery, Oceedee, Gehna, Bummer, MDNT45, BookishSanta, BombaySweetShop, Prolixr and others. In this time we have creative over 350Cr for 100+ brands combined.With the growing request of having advertising creative for our partner brands, we are hiring for Creative Motion Graphic Designers to join our team under and proactively assist with creatives to be run by media buyers in ads that are aimed at direct selling of products of these partner brands - in turn generating direct revenue.
Requirements:Study design briefs and absorb creative sense of the brand / businessConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, brandmarks and other designs elements for the ad creativesAdd motion graphics & animated elements to the footages & videosProduce final design based on feedbacksEdit videos with suitable transitions, effects and color grading Have an good understanding of the direct response ad creative design psychologyMust have at least 1 year experience in producing creatives for social media ads for ecommerce brandsMust understand the creative process and flows that make images/creatives thumb-stopping and click worthyTools Required – Adobe PhotoshopAdobe Premiere ProAdobe After Effects Adobe IllustratorCultural Fit – Creative Designers / Motion Graphic Designer, we’re looking for someone who’sCan take initiatives and can meet the deadlinesBeing communicative about brainstorming, feedbacks, timelines,
availability etchas interest in psychology of sales (how people make decisions while purchasing online)Day-to-Day –Working closely with Creative Manager and Media Buyers.Undergo our training for ‘ROI focused ad creatives’ and fulfill the ad creative requirements.Taking tasks from work management tools and working on them + conveying any requirements that aren't there or would come up. Editing images or videos with specific requirements shared by brand and media buying team at Brandslane, re-editing as per improvements and with brand style in mind. Understanding the ads numbers specific to creative to decide what works / what doesn’t and use such information in making further improvements to same ad creatives or new creatives. Creating reports for the creative performancesIdeating the new angles and moodboards of ad creatives for any launch/occasion.Recommend future photo shoots (with samples) to the brand in order to get the raw videos/images for the design work.
