We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Gurugram as Manager - Commercial Finance.

Act as Finance Business partner working closely with commercial teams to drive projects with ROI Mindset,
enhance finance processes through digitization and set up a robust commercial finance function through talent development to support next cycle of business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Talent Development including Development, Team Management, development and succession planning.
- Revenue management including pricing, mix and category structure.
- Drive commercial projects including NPLs, geographical expansion etc through Project management framework incl. ROI, payback etc.
- Drive process efficiency through automation with measurable KPIs.
- Develop commercial dashboards to support faster decision-making leveraging technology.
- Digitisation of AR and AP processes.

- Finance & accounts professional with strong Commercial acumen with having knowledge of Customers, pricing, suppliers, general accounting, ledgers & all other area of finance.
- Self-motivator, able to strategies & participate in business growth & ensure business is being performed within allowed business framework.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-8+ years of experience commercial finance, Budgeting & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Insurance, Audits & other area of Finance & accounts with MNC background.
- Computer literacy and excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills,
and an ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of operations and senior management.
- Good at analytics, Agile & Problem-solving attitude.
- Good MS Excel skills, Working knowledge of ERP environment and Power BI.
