The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing market. Your role will be pivotal in helping customers achieve their dreams of homeownership.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Development: Lead, coach,
and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets through motivation and ongoing training.Strategic Sales Planning: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the affordable housing market, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.Market Insight: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.Performance Tracking: Regularly analyze sales metrics, preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and drive strategic decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all sales practices adhere to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance,
