Key Responsibilities:

Branding:

- Assist in developing and implementing branding strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify branding opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create brand-related content.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking,





cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Support in organizing brand campaigns and events.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Marketing:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior.
- Support content creation for social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Help in the coordination and execution of events and promotions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing alignment.

Leadership:

- Participate in a structured leadership development program.
- Rotate through different departments to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
- Work on strategic projects and initiatives.
- Assist senior leaders in daily operations and decision-making processes.






- Attend leadership training sessions and workshops.
- Develop and present reports on assigned projects.
- Provide fresh insights and perspectives on business challenges.
- Build relationships with mentors and key stakeholders within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- FRESHERS ARE MOST WELCOME.
- CANDIDATE SHOULD BE RESIDING IN LUCKNOW WHILE APPLYING.
