Executive Sales & Digital Marketing
- Job Overview:
we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to help us build up our business activities. candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding individual sales targets, implementing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve overall company sales objectives. Your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and participating in training programs. The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness,
acquire leads/customers.
- Job Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed individual sales targets as set by the company and implement sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales objectives.
Identify and target potential clients in various industry like the Chemical, Sugar, Plastic, Steel, and Construction etc and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to the senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs to senior management.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
Gather and analyse data on competitors and customers to enhance sales strategies.
Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Participate in tenders and manage the entire tender process to secure contracts in the supervision of senior person.
Develop and implement strategies to market and sell products in international markets in the supervision of senior person.
Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals, Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development,
to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
Handle marketing and sales of imported lime products in the supervision of senior person.
- Qualification & Skills Sets:
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Proficiency in English with excellent knowledge of MS Office
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, Fast learner and passion for sales with understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising, content marketing.
Proficient in marketing automation tools.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g.,
Google Analytics).
Strong management & project marketing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
