ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketo Engage Technology Lead to drive marketing automation strategy and ensure the effective use of Marketo within our clients organization. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the Marketo Engage platform and will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of Marketo-related projects, including platform setup, integrations, automation, campaign build and execution. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to optimize marketing performance,





campaign execution, and lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketo Engage platform setup including system administration, user management, data flow management, audience management, lead management and campaign management.
- Help establishing data flow within Marketo, custom object creation, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data hygiene processes, segmentation, and list management strategies.
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of marketing automation processes, ensuring best practices in lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
- Manage integration between Marketo and other key systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics), analytics, data lake and third-party platforms to create a seamless flow of data.
- Work with sales and marketing to design lead routing, scoring models, and attribution workflows to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of marketing leads.
- Provide technical guidance as well as implement all marketing automation projects, including the design of workflows, triggers, webhook,





webservice setup and custom API configurations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute automated campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and personalized content strategies.
- Create and customize Marketo email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and dynamic content features.
- Create and manage reporting dashboards within Marketo and other integrated platforms, offering insights into campaign performance, lead conversions, and other KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with data security policies, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and email marketing standards across all marketing automation processes.
- Provide ongoing support to marketing and sales teams on Marketo best practices, platform updates, and troubleshooting issues.






- Stay up to date with the latest Marketo features and industry trends to continually refine strategies, propose innovations, and enhance marketing automation efforts.

Key Qualifications:

- 8-11 years of overall experience with 6 years of hands-on experience in Marketo Engage, including B2B campaign management, lead flow management, nurture programs, and platform integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize email templates and landing pages. Experience with APIs and third-party platform integrations.
- Understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and their integration with Marketo.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing data, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign outcomes.





Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and methodologies to provide actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams effectively.
- Marketo Certified Expert or similar certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements related to marketing automation.
