ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage Staff Augmentation projects across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with individual strengths and project needs.
- Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with resource managers to ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Monitor team workload and address any resource-related challenges.
- Implement cost controls.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across different departments.
