We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our startup team as an HR and Marketing Manager. In this dual role, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead both the human resources and marketing functions within our rapidly evolving startup. You will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent, enhancing employee engagement, and driving our marketing strategies to promote brand growth and visibility

Job Location: Hyderabad, India

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

- 2-5 years of experience in HR and marketing roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment







- Familiarity with startup dynamics and ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.

- Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and devise impactful marketing campaigns.

- Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative approach

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to a startups dynamic needs, focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to create and manage online campaigns, social media content, email marketing, and website optimization to drive traffic and engagement.

- Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual identity.







- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness, providing insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, events, and partnerships.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and generate brand advocates.

HR:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the startups goals and growth trajectory.

- Drive recruitment efforts by identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and leading the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

- Foster a positive and engaging work culture by organizing team-building events, training sessions,





and employee recognition programs.

- Design and manage performance evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees to enhance their productivity and growth.

- Manage employee relations and address concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions while promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
