Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our team full-time, on-site in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales in a designated territory, ensuring our certified homes reach the right buyers.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales acumen, the ability to build strong relationships with brokers and clients, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
? Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sellers, and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
? Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, pricing, and competition within the territory.
? Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
? Team Collaboration: Work closely with the refurbishment and marketing teams to ensure homes meet quality standards and are market-ready.
? Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
? Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in real estate,
with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
? Skills:
? Strong understanding of the Gurugram real estate market.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Prior experience in acquiring acquisition of properties. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
? Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
