We are seeking a talented and motivated inside sales executive, preferably female to join our dynamic team. As a tele caller, you will be responsible for screening leads and converting them into sales opportunities through effective telesales techniques. Your communication skills and ability to engage potential customers will play a vital role in driving our business growth.
Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing persuasive and tailored information about our offerings.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our sales team to close deals.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferably female candidate.
