We have shipped multiple first-of-its-kind customer experiences including video workflow analysis, natural language analytics, complex table parsing, and table-matching. To date, we have processed 600,000+ documents through our GenAI platform
The Role. The Klarity Operations team is diverse and supports our customers in automating their workflows. The team relies on GenAI tools both internal and external to automate customer document review processes. It truly is a first-of-a-kind team in the world where a group of non-engineers are single handedly building and delivering powerful GenAI automation solutions for customers at unprecedented speed and scale.
We are looking to build a new team to support our Partners who will be selling Klaritys product to potential customers
The Finance & Accounting Process Specialist is responsible for optimizing and managing the finance and accounting processes for our customer workflows. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant financial operations. The specialist will work closely with our customers in identifying their F&A; workflows and recommend best practices for implementing Klarity

Responsibilities. Process Mapping: Understand Customer Requirements to document and analyze existing finance and accounting processes
Identify Inefficiencies: Pinpoint bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in current workflows
Best Practices: Research and implement industry best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous process improvements within the team
Automation: Work closely with Automation Experts to Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual tasks and errors
Integration: In-depth understanding of ERP and CRM tools to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise systems
Training Programs:
Develop and deliver training programs to educate staff on new processes, systems, and best practices
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide team about the F&A; use-case and processes to develop their
Skills and knowledge
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of finance-related projects

Preferred Requirements. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
Relevant professional experience (5 7 years)
Experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, accounting software) and process automation
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Knowledge of GenAI and technologies used in the automation industry
Ownership to independently handle tasks and
