As we continue to grow in the competitive energy drinks market, we're seeking a talented User Experience Designer to ensure the highest quality and consistency across our digital platforms.
Position: User Experience Designer

- Salary: 80,000 INR per month
Key Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing across devices and browsers to ensure optimal display, functionality, and responsiveness of our digital platforms.
- Visual Consistency: Maintain brand integrity by ensuring visual elements are consistent across all devices and platforms.
- Functionality Testing: Rigorously test all interactive elements, including links, buttons, forms, and media to ensure they work as expected.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize page load times and overall performance across various devices and network conditions.
- User Experience Enhancement: Assess and improve the intuitiveness and ease of use of our digital interfaces, focusing on customer journeys and conversion paths.
- Content Quality Control: Review and ensure accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness of all textual and visual content across our digital touchpoints.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to implement design improvements and resolve UX issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in UX design,
web design, or a related role with a focus on quality assurance and user-centered design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and familiarity with HTML/CSS. Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing tools is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze user data, conduct usability tests, and derive actionable insights for design improvements.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for design consistency, functionality issues, and user experience discrepancies across platforms.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of UX design principles, user behavior, and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
