The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of technical business analysis, solid skills in data mapping and most importantly, someone who gets excited helping innovate new systems from an initial implementation stage. The candidate will oversee and facilitate the data mapping requirements for our US client's enterprise applications in support of a rapidly growing business across a portfolio of brands.
Competencies
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our client's business team in the US.
5+ years experience as a Techno-functional Business Analyst who can write use cases for APIs, Metadata, and similar tech architecture components.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Postman (API/JSON) and SQL.
Knowledge of health insurance domain is strongly preferred.
Strong experience in various business & systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up and configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Extremely strong critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and their inter-dependencies.
Experience in technology projects using Agile methodologies.
Ability to communicate technology concepts to non-technology staff and at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate activities with colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task, and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
Gather and document data requirements, system flows and project objectives for our client's team, including working on their products and other enterprise systems.
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Work closely with various departments to develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and data models.
Ensure data accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.
Facilitate data integration from multiple sources, handle issue resolution, and contribute to the optimization of health insurance processes and systems.
Advise on issues of systems integration, compatibility, scalability and multiple platforms.
Learn and evaluate new technologies/applications to ensure they meet business need.
Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in multiple projects.
