About the Role:
SEPOs (Senior Executive Programs) have been the driving force for our company in the past 2 years. The business has grown 8x in the last 2 years and is currently one of the most profitable business units in the company. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious team member to drive our revenue engine. This role is a steppingstone to unlocking business leadership roles in your career. It has been a career-defining stint for many SEPO members, looking forward to having you as one!
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop & deliver performance analysis and recommendations for business leaders
● Define and monitor marketing and Outreach KPIs and goals for the team to assess tactical and strategic achievements
● Own P&L; for a segment of programs
● Support team-wide prioritization and planning through impact tracking, opportunity sizing, and goal setting.
● Interact regularly with stakeholders across Outreach, product, marketing and business teams
● Get to work directly in co-founder’s team alongside colleagues from IITs and IIMs
Skills & Qualifications:
● 10+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical and operational roles: you thrive on combining rigorous data-driven analysis, strong business intuition and judgment,
and an ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems and have done so at a fast-growing technology focused company.
● Person will be in a generalist role driving capabilities across various verticals of business however technical analytics skills shall be needed to create and modify dashboards
● Strong business acumen and well skilled in excel with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
● Data Fluency: You have experience manipulating and extracting insights from datasets, and using data to make recommendations and decisions
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
