Job Title : SAP CRM/SD Business Systems Analyst
Experience : 8+ Years
Location : Remote
Contract Duration : 6+ Months
Work Time : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM/SD Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to define, implement, and configure SAP Sales processes, analyze business problems, and provide technical expertise. This role involves system configuration, testing, and leading cross-functional projects. Candidates should have 8+ years of SAP CRM and SD experience with strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and project management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and implement SAP Sales processes in CRM & SD.
- Configure systems, execute unit and cycle testing,
and provide technical solutions to complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze business issues, document business requirements, and implement solutions for sales-related processes like Opportunity, Quotation, and Sales Order management.
- Work with non-SAP applications that support the Sales Business Unit.
- Support end-users with integration and user acceptance testing.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving technical, functional, and business teams.
- Provide hands-on solution design, process development, and support for current and new projects.
- Integration experience with SAP WebDynpro, SAP Fiori, and SAP WebUI.
Additional Responsibilities :
- Work closely with supply chain teams to resolve business problems.
- In-depth understanding of sales & finance integration (invoicing, costing).
- Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, Portal, and Security teams for new dimension technologies.
- Implement solutions that integrate product configuration (VC) & order BOM.
- Assess risks and provide recommendations across multiple applications.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Identify and resolve SAP CRM & SD system issues and consult with users for potential improvements.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 8+ years of SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP CRM & SD in a manufacturing environment.
- Self-directed with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Sales Order management, pricing, and condition techniques.
- Knowledge of SAP WebDynpro, SAP Portal, SAP WebUI, SAP Fiori, and S/4 HANA Sales Process.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of global SAP implementations, multi-system interfaces, and cloud-based integration technologies.
