We are looking for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules . We are looking for a minimum of 4 years experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory)
Skills & Qualifications:
- HCM Functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules.
- Core HR Absence Management Payroll Talent Management Time & Labor Health & Safety or HR Help Desk.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).
- Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
- Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
- Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
- Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Work Mode - Remote.
- Experience - 4 years to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably early joiners.
