We're Hiring: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Management (S2S & P2P Expertise Required)
Location: Bengaluru, India
Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst looking for a new opportunity to drive business transformation and make a real impact? Join our team in a pivotal role, where your expertise in Source to Settle and Procure to Pay processes within SAP ECC & S/4 environments will shine!
What You’ll Do:
Lead end-to-end Source to Settle and Procure to Pay processes including material planning, RFQ, PO management, supplier collaboration, inbound logistics, and costing.
Collaborate with business partners, systems analysts, and project teams to design and implement optimal solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specs and manage project phases from blueprint to post-go-live support.
Connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement) and drive cross-functional impact analysis.
Support both waterfall and agile methodologies, ensuring smooth delivery across all project stages.
What You Bring:
✔️ 10+ years of SAP experience, with 5+ years working in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP).
✔️ Expertise in supply chain execution and SAP MM/PP and RICEFWs.
✔️ Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
✔️ Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
✔️ Knowledge of large data sets and SQL (a plus!).
