Job Description: Senior Java Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java-based Spring Boot microservices and asynchronous communication using MQ or Kafka.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based microservices using Spring Boot framework.
- Leverage SQL to develop robust and scalable database solutions using enterprise-grade PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate effectively with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Work on projects involving the migration of .NET applications to the Java platform (a plus).
- Adhere to best practices for coding standards, testing, and documentation.
- Be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on Spring Boot microservices.
- Proficiency in SQL and database design, with experience in PostgreSQL.
- Experience with asynchronous communication using MQ or Kafka.
- Knowledge of .NET and experience with .NET to Java migration projects (preferred).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
- Flexibility to work late evening hours for synchronization with onsite teams.
