Job description

Position Description/Responsibilities:

1. SAP S/4 HANA 1909 + STE experience is a must

2. 5 to 7 years of experience as SAP Basis Administrator with exposure to SAP HANA, S/4 HANA, SAP TDMS, SAP GRC, SAP FIORI, PERSONAS, Hana Security

3. Experience in setting up S4 HANA landscape and maintenance activities. Able to manage the required system optimization setup

4. Any experience with S4 HANA version upgrade will be beneficial

5. Worked on Client administration tasks like Client copy (Local, Remote & Import/Export), new Client creation, and Client deletion and maintaining client settings.

6. Applying Patches (SPAM), Add-ons (SAINT), SAP Notes (SNOTE), SSO Configuration, Language Installs, JAVA SPLIT from dual-stack environment (using SWPM), SAP Host Agent Install & Upgrade, Job scheduling, Parameter changes, Operation mode settings, etc.

Prior Cloud hosting experience involving SAP S/4 HANA experience is preferred

8. Prior experience with SAP S/4 Platform and at least working knowledge with multiple SAP S/4 Modules (e.g. SAP Finance, SAP S/4 WMS, SAP S/4 Supply Chain & Logistics, SAP S/4 TMS, SAP S/4 CRM/eCommerce)

9. Multiple SAP Implementation life cycle is a must for this role

10. Must be able to perform end to end SAP S/4 HANA BASIS activities (Including management of AZURE Cloud environment)

11. Prior experience leading SAP COE is a desirable skill for this role

12. Project leadership and ownership is desirable

13. Experience with prior SAP S/4 HANA implementation involving Data Migration/Data conversion is preferred

A solid understanding of key IT trends and willingness to learn new technology

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 to 10 years in an IT SAP BASIS Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud environment (1909+ version)

2.Extensive work experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse and order processing software and hardware

3.Proven experience working directly with key stakeholders at all levels of the business

4.Understanding of the SAP Implementation, administration and development languages (e.g. BASIS, etc.)

5.A holistic understanding of the entire business lifecycle, including Sales, Marketing, Order Entry, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution

6.Experience and proven ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with internal and external business customers, IT stakeholders,





and executive leadership

Position requires skills in the following areas as appropriate:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

2. Must have ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines.

3. An energetic, hands-on, enthusiastic, results-oriented leader, capable of adding significant value to the existing team. Prior hands-on BASIS experience of working with SAP, S/4 HANA, SAP Supply Chain (IBP), SAP eCommerce & SAP Warehouse Management System is a MUST

4. Experience in process definition and control definitions based on industry best practices.

5. Ready to work from 2pm to 11pm IST. Work from Home position
