Requirements:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

•Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with specific experience in managing waterparks or resorts.

•Languages: Fluency in English and French is required.

KRA's:

Operational Management:

• Manage daily operations of the waterpark and resort, including guest services,





maintenance, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment.

• Ensure all departments function efficiently and effectively.

Guest Experience:

• Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and continually improving services.

• Develop and implement guest service strategies to exceed expectations.

•

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring revenue targets and cost control measures are met.

• Analyze financial reports and adjust operations to achieve financial goals.

Staff Management:

•Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.

•Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and employee development.

Safety and Compliance:

•Ensure all safety regulations and health standards are met and exceeded.

•Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain safety and compliance.

Marketing and Public Relations:

•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.







•Act as the face of the resort, engaging with the community and promoting the brand.

Strategic Planning:

•Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance the waterpark and resort’s competitiveness.

• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
