Product Manager @ TeamOhana
Product Managers at TeamOhana are owners of the problem.
They are responsible for discovery of customer and business problems as well as articulating those problems to the rest of the company. To understand sources of friction and struggle, they are expected to bring extreme empathy for customers, users and stakeholders. Product Managers also wield analytical tools to understand problems from a quantitative perspective. Then, they apply tools of strategy, taste, judgment, principled negotiation and empathetic collaboration to test and prioritize these problems and opportunities. PM responsibilities also include deep collaboration with designers, engineers & GTM to deliver the solutions to problems. Finally, the success of the feature requires Product Managers at TeamOhana to work closely with the GTM functions to take the features to customers all the way to successful adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with an MBA and at least 1-2 years of software engineering experience prior to MBA.
- Candidates with B2B SaaS experience will have an advantage.
- Candidates with startup experience building 0-1 products will be highly preferred.
- You have the ability to focus on the details while having sights on the big picture.
- You have an eye for great product design with a strong grasp over qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
- You can take a high-level vision memo and convert it into a concrete plan for action.
- Your communication style is precise and empathetic.
- Proficient in the PM toolset: Jira, Aha!, Wireframing/Analytics tools, Excel.

Work from Anywhere in India
We are a remote-first company with a focus on building the Product, Design and Engineering team in and around India. This role will be located in India but candidates can work from any location in the country.
