We are looking for Manager/ Sr. Manager Admission and Outreach - from IB / International BaccalaureateKRA :1. Admissions Strategy & Planning:Develop and implement an effective admissions strategy in alignment with the school’s goals and the IB philosophy.Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing enrollment.Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional material that effectively communicates the value of an IB education.2. Student Recruitment & Outreach:Organize and lead information sessions, school tours, and open houses for prospective students and parents.Represent the school at local and international education fairs,
ensuring that the school’s offerings are promoted effectively.Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools and education consultants to drive applications.3. Parent Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, providing guidance throughout the admissions process.Provide detailed and personalized information to parents about the IB curriculum, extracurricular programs, and school culture.Handle parent inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the process4. Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor admissions staff to ensure high performance and professional growth within the department.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team effectiveness.5. Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Collaborate with academic departments to understand program offerings and admission requirements.Communicate effectively with current students, parents, and alumni to support enrollment effortsSkills and Competencies Required:Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and its core values.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with parents, students, and staff.Proven ability to meet enrollment targets and manage the admissions process effectively.Education Qualifications Required: Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration, Marketing,
or a related fieldExperience :Minimum of 8 years of experience in admissions, ideally within an IB school or international school environment.CTC- Will discuss
