We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developers with 4 to 8 Yrs of experience and Lead Salesforce Developer with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience on the Salesforce platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with business users and BAs to understand requirements and translate to technical requirements
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, products and features to provide best possible Salesforce solution using combination of configurations, automations, customizations and integrations to fulfill customer requirements
- Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-off, and communicating design choices
- Lead the project team or mentor junior developers and own end-to-end project delivery to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Work with Presales & BAs to estimate efforts and defining project milestones
Required Skills & Experience
- Overall 4-12 years of IT industry experience as per the role requirement
- For Lead role at least 5+ years of experience in developing/ customizing/ implementing Salesforce solutions
- For Senior Salesforce developer at least 4 years of experience in developing / customizing / implementing Salesforce solutions
- Strong hands on experience in Salesforce configurations, automations, customizations and integrations
- Strong hands on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, etc.
- Good functional understanding and hands-on experience of working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Einstein is an added advantage
- Experience with different options for Salesforce deployment (DevOps) tools would be add-on
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
