About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Solar Operation & Maintenance to join our team. This role will focus on managing the daily operations and maintenance of solar projects, ensuring seamless performance and reliability. If you're driven, have a strong understanding of solar systems,
and are passionate about renewable energy, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities for solar projects.
- Develop and maintain daily work schedules and assign tasks to engineers.
- Provide effective team management while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar operation and maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet project goals.
- Flexibility to relocate to various project sites across Tamil Nadu.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Team management experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate and travel across different project locations in Tamil Nadu.
Compensation:
₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
