Position Overview
As a ‘Management Trainee’ Inbound Sales you will be responsible for generating revenues for Ken Research by
generating and converting inbound leads and handling pre-sales client queries from new, existing and prospective
clients and strengthens or builds relationship with the clients.
Responsibility Deliverables:-
▪ Doing the initial contact with the leads.
▪ Engage with leads effectively.
▪ Qualify leads by doing the need discovery.
▪ Ensure readiness for further stages and doing regular follow-ups.
▪ Gather preliminary information.
Key Competencies
▪ Fluency in English (Written + Verbal)
▪ Persuasion skills
▪ Rapport building skills
▪ Telephone etiquette
▪ Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PPT
▪ Proficiency of internet usage especially social media, data finding and contact building
▪ Must be confident with a go-getter attitude
▪ Traits: Energetic, Persistent, Willingness to learn, Hospitable, Empathy
Requirements
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Power point
- Excellent presentation skills
- Detail oriented with good listening skills
- Must be qualified in MBA Marketing
