- Communicate and support companypolicies & procedures to maintain high employee morale andmotivation and ensure an atmosphere of participativemanagement.
- To recommend implement formulateand execute organizations policies procedures rules regulations andprograms for all the employees.
- Assist theDirector of Talent & Culture to develop an annual and longterm T&C; planthat identifies the organizations T&C; agenda as a componentof the organizations overall StrategicPlan.
- Identify T&C; strategies andprogram requirements needed to maintain a progressive work culturein support of effective recruitment development and retention ofthe employees.
- Leadership skills that utilizepersuasion and motivation to attain organizational goalsis the most desirable management quality followed by honestyintegrity ethical behavior tactfulness openness and culturalawareness.
- Ensure compliance to standardspolicies and procedures of theorganization.
Qualifications:
- Qualificationin Human Resources or a relateddiscipline.
- Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in a same role within the HospitalityIndustry.
- Demonstrated analytical andcommercial awareness.
- Hands on experienceacross endtoend T&C;/HR cycle including recruitmentperformance management and learning anddevelopment.
- Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Outlook ExcelPowerPoint.
