Mode of work: - Hybrid (5 days a week)
Experience range: - 7 years+ of overall experience with min. 3years into designing & developing e-learning content using Articulate 360 suite or similar authoring tools
Job Description:
- Design and develop e-learning content using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other authoring tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand learning objectives and content requirements.
- Create interactive and engaging learning experiences through multimedia elements such as animations, simulations, videos, and audio.
- Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure content is accessible and compatible with various devices and learning management systems (LMS). Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules to ensure functionality and usability across different platforms and browsers.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve e-learning materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design and technology.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on the use of e-learning authoring tools and techniques.
- Maintain project documentation and adhere to timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate, PG/MBA
- Bachelor's Degree in instructional design, graphic design, and multimedia design would be an added advantage
- Instructional Design Certification would be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively through multimedia.
- Experience with audio and video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SCORM and other e-learning standards.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
