Theideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing salesteams implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets inthe commercial vehiclesector.
Requirements
SalesStrategy& Planning : Develop andexecute a comprehensive sales strategy for Commercial Vehicles inTrichy and surrounding districts.
Setsales targets for the team and ensure they are met througheffective planning andmonitoring.
Identify new business opportunities and markets for CommercialVehicles in theregion.
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and customerpreferences to inform sales strategies.
Team Leadership &Management;:
Lead and manage a team of sales executives and support staffproviding guidance training and motivation.
Conductregular performance reviews provide feedback and set developmentplans for team members.
Ensurethat the sales team adheres to dealership policies procedures andsales protocols.
Fostera collaborative and highperformance work environment focused onachieving collective goals.
Customer RelationshipManagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customersincluding fleet operators businesses and individualbuyers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customerinquiries handling complaints and providing timelysolutions.
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs andpropose suitable Commercial Vehicle solutions.
Overseethe postsale process to ensure smooth delivery customer followupand aftersales support.
MarketDevelopment:
Expand Commercial Vehicles presence in Trichy and neighboringdistricts by exploring new sales channels and partnerships.
Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotionalactivities product launches and campaigns tailored to the localmarket. Engage with local businesses trade associations and keyindustry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
SalesReporting &Analysis;:
Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance and preparedetailed reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data toidentify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.Provide insights and recommendations to the management team forcontinuous improvement in sales operations.
ProductKnowledge &Training;:
Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about Commercial Vehiclemodels features specifications andpricing.
Stay uptodate on new product developments and changes in thecommercial vehicle industry.
Organize training sessions for the sales team on new products andtechnologies.
Compliance &Documentation;:
Ensure all sales transactions are conducted in compliance withdealership policies and governmentregulations.
Oversee the proper documentation and approval of all vehicle salesincluding financing and leasing agreements.
Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions andfollowupactivities
