Full job description

We are a USA based privately owned trucking company, looking for an experienced planner/dispatcher to help manage our growing divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently schedule and manage port pickups, deliveries to the customer and empty returns within the free time
- Ensure dispatch records are timely and accurately updated in the company's DMS






- Maintain communication with Dispatch and CSR team to address and resolve service delivery issues
- Monitor containers to avoid demurrage and per diem by ensuring that all containers are picked from and returned to the marine terminals
- Interaction with clients, based over seas.

Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint.
- Must have Dispatching experience
- USA Port Experience preferred
- Fluent in English.

- Initiative
- Data Entry Experience and Customer Service Required
