Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented International Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle International Outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service quality.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and issues.
- Stay informed about process knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresher or any previous experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Must have skill)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer support software.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when dealing with diverse customer backgrounds.
What We Offer:
- 5 days working environment (Monday - Friday)
- Fixed shift timing - 5am - 2pm (AUS) ; 2pm - 11pm (UK)
- Salary slab is 12k to 20k in-hand (depending upon previous experience and the interview round) + incentives(performance based) + Perks.
