Job Description

The Customer Support Executive will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Documentation: Keep detailed records of customers interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Collaboration: Work closely with team in UK to ensure a seamless customer experience.







Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles.

Shift Timings: UK shift

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with customer service software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
