Job Description
- Knowledge of Capital Markets domain – Understanding on Equities, Fixed Income assets, Bonds, Mutual Funds, Corporate Actions, etc.
- Awareness on Global Stock Exchanges - NYSE, NASDAQ, London Exchange.
- Should be able to interpret input and information that are necessary for making decisions about business processes.
- Should be able to consider different perspectives, alternative outcomes or varying strategies to make sound decisions.
- Problem solving skills to create workarounds to ensure successful mitigation of risk.
- Should be able to direct and keep oversight of multiple teams of employees.
- Should be able to track costs and incoming revenue, make forecasts about future production costs and profits.
- Experience of leading Improvement or Automation projects through Lean/Sigma methods.
- Client and People Management skills. Should be able to motivate people.
- Conflict management / Negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage large data production and remediation projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel, Visio and Power Point.
- Open to work in US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting the expected Levels of client Service Delivery.
- Manages and/or provides day-to-day leadership to Team Leaders on project level activities.
- Conducting Periodic Governance Review with Client.
- Review & Publish Dashboards to provide status update / performance level to Client and Internal stakeholders
- Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals.
- Capacity planning and forecasting.
- Working on BCP calendar activities to ensure offsite readiness as per client BCP parameters.
- Drive Process Improvement Projects.
- Explore new business opportunities within the existing teams
Experience and Qualifications
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- B Com, M Com, MBA (preferred).
- Experience of 5 – 9 years in in the BFS Domain – Preferably Investment or Wealth Management activities with minimum 3 year in TL Role.
- Certification done in Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Asset &Wealth; Management.
