In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial,





project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

Here's what you'll need

The Automation Engineer is assigned to a project as a key member of the automation design team, he/she is responsible for the proper selection as defined in technical and speciality skills. He/she preferably having following skills.

- Having experience in automation with high level integration for Lithium-ion Battery Cell Production Process including full conversant with Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Production Process
- Direct and Articulated Digital Roadmaps and uplifted manufacturing technology standards, IT/OT Cyber Security Compliance, and Automation Best practices with Continuous Improvement initiatives.






- Support BD team for Expanding solution portfolio. Sales support for Technical solutions and proposals for Digital Solutions including IT-OT, Cybersecurity, Automations. Responding Large scale RFP.

- Experience in the field of Automation (Equipment or Material Handling) would be an advantage.
- Experience in Project Management in the field of Factory Digitalization would be an advantage.

Must having 15+ experience in automation with different level of integration and coordination with OEM

and IT for high level enterprise integration.

Technical and Development

- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 with different level of integration.
- As part of the Industry 4.0 Automation, will contribute to the digitalization of the site,





playing a crucial role in digitalization rollouts in the Automation area.
- have a great set of analytical skills that allow to solve problems in an efficient way.
- Strong experience on Lithium-ion Battery Cell Production facility for Electric Vehicle. Automation design.
- Digital Master Planning to evolve client needs and evolve the best suited solution within facility TIC / CAPEX
- Trained- ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity
- Fundamentals Specialist (ISA/CFS): IC32 / IC33
- Certification - Industrial Control System (ICS) Cybersecurity by US Department of Homeland security Cybersecurity and infrastructure security Agency
- Layout and process sequence from Electrode manufacturing, Assembly Line, Finishing and Packaging. Holistic design with gate in /gate out automation.






- Selection of Instruments and control valves.
- Sound experience of Hazardous Area Classification.
- Highly skilled in terms of selection of right automation for plant design.
- Skilled in terms of selection of Building Automation System (BAS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
- Good knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Sound knowledge of engineering code and standard,

- Experience on major and multidisciplinary pharma projects within India or abroad
- A desire to achieve high quality outputs and deliver excellent service
- Support to achieve “best for project” outcomes
- Identify and address issues that would impact on desired project outcomes.
