About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data MIS Intern to join our HR team. The intern will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and accuracy of our HR systems by cleaning up existing data and developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities:
- Data Cleanup: Analyze and identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing data within our HR and correct data to ensure accuracy and maintain data dictionaries.
- SOP Development: Develop and document clear and concise SOPs for HR data management with HR team members to ensure SOPs align with best practices and organizational standards.
- Analysis:
Utilize basic Excel functions (lookup, sum, count, pivot tables) to analyze HR data and generate trends and patterns within the data to support decision-making.
- Communication: Compose professional emails to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup, sum, count, pivot tables) and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes.
