Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager -Market Research!
In this role, you will be responsible to perform Market Research for indirect goods & services for a retail client.
The individual must be an active contributor towards the overall objective of the project. We are looking for someone who should be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities

Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative market research studies.

Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret research data.

Synthesize complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendation

Create comprehensive reports that summarize research findings, insights, and recommendations
-
Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to understand their research needs and provide relevant insights.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as required for specialized research services.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research.

Contribute to the development of innovative research methodologies and tools.

Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior research team members.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor%27s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master&rsquos; or MBA) preferred.

Good years of experience in market research, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex research projects and delivering impactful insights
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
-
Expertise in market research methodologies and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Excel).

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior management.

Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Experience with market research platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
