Job Title: Business Development Executive - Gym Acquisition

- Location: WTF Gyms Headquarters, World Trade Tower, Sector 16, Noida

- Type: Full-Time, Immediate Joining

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description

Are you passionate about the fitness industry and possess exceptional business development skills WTF Gyms, featured on Shark Tank India Season 3, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team immediately. We are on a mission to become the largest gym brand in the Delhi NCR region within the next twelve months, and we need a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation and Outreach:







Identify potential gym partnerships through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, and leveraging ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Proactively seek out new gym acquisition opportunities by visiting gym owners and exploring potential partnerships.

Relationship Building:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with gym owners, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.

Create a positive rapport and build trust with potential partners to facilitate successful negotiations and partnerships.

- Property and Demographic Analysis:

Visit and assess potential gym properties, analyzing their suitability based on location, facilities, and demographic factors.

- Evaluate the market potential and competition in the area to determine the viability of the partnership.

Model Explanation and Negotiation:

- Clearly explain the WTF Gyms business model, benefits, and partnership terms to potential gym owners.

Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with WTF Gyms goals.







- Partnership Management: Manage the end-to-end partnership process, from initial lead generation to final acquisition and agreement.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partner gyms.

Requirements

- Experience:

Proven experience in business development, particularly in partnership acquisition roles.

- Prior experience in the fitness industry or working with gym owners is highly desirable.

- Skills: Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze properties and demographic data effectively.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Attributes: Highly motivated and self-driven with a passion for the fitness industry.







- Willingness to work in a 100% field job, actively visiting potential gym partners daily.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
