Title: QA - Automation Tester
Team: Product
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes
Develop and maintain automated test scripts from provided functional and technical designs,
functional test scripts
Review automation results, debug failures, and suggest changes to frameworks, as needed
- Role Requirements
? Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience
? Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA Tester
? Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
? Clear understanding of SDLC and the role of a QA in SDLC
? Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
? Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
? Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving problems through browser-based
developer tools
? Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Microsoft Test Manager/Quick Test
Professional/Selenium/Visual Studio 2017/2019)
? Should be able to write automation test cases for the products and understand Gherkin/Zest
Scripts and Automation Test cases created by others
? Experience with web services testing
? Hands-on with UI automation testing tools like Cypress, and PLaywright.
? Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) & API testing (Postman
/REST-assured/Jmeter) will be an added advantage
? Knowledge of SQL/Firebase database testing will be an added advantage
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and collaboration skills
? Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
