Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- B2b ( Business to Business ) Sales Experience
- Have software solutions sales experience with exposure to clients from different sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for selling is a must.
- Product Knowledge / Demo skills.
- Minimum one year of B2B software Sales experience is preferred.
- Strategic Prospecting Skills.
- Smart, Pro Active, Aggressive and Hands-on.
- Rapport Building on the Call / on visit.
- Active Listening / Qualification Questioning.
- Time Management.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- Sales/Marketing Skills.
- Objection Prevention / Objection Handling.
- Gaining Commitment / Closing Techniques.
- Buyer-Seller Agreement.
- Must be confident with a pleasing personality.
- Be comfortable dealing with both small entities and/or large organizations.
