The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage or loan products, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships,
and driving revenue growth in the LAP segment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of LAP products.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
