Key Responsibilities
- Process Type: Inbound process; relatively easier for employees.
Work Timings
Hours: 7 AM to 10 PM
Daily Work: 9 hours
Work Days: 6 days a week
Gender Policy: Girls will not work after 8 PM
Week-off: Rotational
Experience Requirements
Minimum experience: 6 months as a tele-caller in a call center preferred
Alternative experience: Non-voice experience is also considered
Language proficiency
Required: English plus one or more regional languages (e.g., Kannada, Malayalam)
Alternative: English plus one regional language is acceptable
Quality: A good command of English is essential
Educational Qualifications
Preferred: Graduates are welcome, but not mandatory
Salary
Minimum Take Home: ₹16,000
Maximum: Up to ₹20,000 based on experience and languages known
