Rizzome is a newly incorporated startup, we are into designing and manufacturing of Continuous Composters of various sizes. We believe our machine is the most efficient one to convert any organic waste to rich manure quickly with minimal human intervention and negligible electricity consumption.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Manager at Rizzome Sustainable Solutions Pvt Ltd in Karnataka, India, with the flexibility for remote work. The Sales And Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing sales activities, and building relationships with clients.







You would be required to travel to visit clients for the sales pitch and showcase our products at various expos.

It would be great to have someone who is inclined to sustainability and has some experience in agriculture, waste management or recycling, etc.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, sustainability course or related field
