Position Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging social media posts, graphics, and reels that are used across multiple platforms. You will also design and develop pitch decks that effectively communicate strategies, data, and concepts in a visually appealing way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visuals for digital media, including social media graphics, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative solutions that meet branding guidelines and project objectives.
- Create and edit multimedia content such as infographics, presentations, and product mockups.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver creative concepts that exceed expectations.
- Ensure consistency in designs and align with the overall brand strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 2+ years as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing social media graphics, and pitch decks.
- Proficiency in design software such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with design tools like Figma is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices for social media, video content, and presentations.
- Attention to detail, with strong typography, layout, color theory and photo editing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently by taking ownership and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
