You’ll oversee every stage, from conception to execution, ensuring seamless integration and on-time delivery. **This position is for our Dubai office. Candidate should be willing to relocate to Dubai**

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables,





timelines, and resource requirements.

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring clarity on scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.

Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track projects against benchmarks to ensure adherence to schedule and budget without compromising quality.

Oversee end-to-end project management, from initial pitches to recovery phases.

Plan and implement multi-wave platforms and new technologies for media-led initiatives.

Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, conducting daily reviews with vendors and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Maintain payment gateway solutions and document workflows and project status for enhanced communication and accountability.

Ensure seamless launch of tech projects, provide ongoing support, and drive enhancements.

Deliver completed software products and conduct regular performance checks for optimal functionality.

Develop and update process documentation,





including SLAs.

Propose new business opportunities and identify additional requests for ongoing projects.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among developers, designers, and QA testers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
- Project timelines: Strictly adhere to project timelines, recognizing delays as additional costs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and quality.
- Agile Management: Implement and manage Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives),





facilitating all Agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with media, SEO, and UI/UX teams to ensure that projects meet design, usability, and marketing standards.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with external vendors to coordinate project deliverables across different platforms, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities and providing tailored software solutions.
- Solution Development: Address client queries with comprehensive solutions, leveraging technical expertise.
- Quality Assurance:





Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and project management to deliver high-quality products.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
- Performance Analysis: Evaluate project outcomes and team performance post-delivery, gathering insights to improve future projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software project management, specifically with website and mobile app development,





portals and other tech solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and experience as a software engineer (familiarity with languages like JavaScript, Python, or Swift is a plus).
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP).
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of guiding teams to successful project completion. Should be dynamic for teams, vendors and clients to be able to communicate with confidence and ensure completion of work
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,





capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. English speaking fluency is a must since communication with different nationalities is involved
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify challenges and provide solutions.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Vendor Management: Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple platforms.
- Client Relations: Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with clients,





with a focus on identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Mobile Development Knowledge: Understanding of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Web Technologies: Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks). Knowing Sitecore and PHP would be a plus
- User Experience Focus: Experience working with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are followed.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and how they impact website development and visibility
