Job Title: Senior RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere, UiPath/Power Automate)
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Working Time: 11.30 am - 9.30 pm
Job Description:
- Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. Collaborate on additional automation solutions leveraging UiPath and/or Power Automate as secondary tools.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and provide recommendations for process improvements using RPA
- Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Cross-Platform Integration:
Integrate RPA solutions with various applications and databases, ensuring smooth execution across platforms and tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Power Automate).
- Testing and Debugging: Lead and participate in end-to-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews, promote RPA development best practices, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Component Development: Develop reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs.
- Maintenance & Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.
Experience & Requirements:
- RPA Platforms: 5+ years of experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath or Power Automate.
- Automation Expertise: In-depth understanding of RPA lifecycle, from requirement gathering, process design, development, and testing to deployment and monitoring.
- Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or JavaScript to build complex automation and integrations.
- AI & ML Integration: Knowledge of integrating AI/ML technologies, such as intelligent document processing, OCR, or NLP, into automation workflows is a plus.
- Cloud Automation:
Familiarity with cloud-based RPA solutions and deploying Automations in SaaS/PaaS environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- APIs & Integrations: Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems.
- Databases & Reporting: Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and the ability to automate data extraction, manipulation, and reporting processes.
- Agile Methodology: Experience in working with agile development teams and participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and ensure that team members are following RPA best practices.
- Problem Solving:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex automation challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present automation insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Automation Anywhere (Master/Professional/Advanced RPA Professional).
- Certification in UiPath (UiARD) or Power Automate (RPA Developer Associate).
- Experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and optical character recognition (OCR).
