Role Expectations :

- Position : Full-Time Script Writer
- Working Arrangement : Remote
- Note : We are not looking to hire students for this role.
- Responsibilities : Write scripts for four topics every month.

- Commitment to Quality : Consistently produces high-quality scripts with minimal grammatical errors and accurate citations.
- Time Management :





Performs well under pressure and can handle tight deadlines.
- Receptive to Feedback : Takes constructive criticism positively and adapts quickly.
- Punctuality : Adherence to deadlines is essential in this role.

Technical Requirements :

- Research Experience : Should have experience reading and understanding research papers and show an active interest in current affairs.
- Proficiency in English : All writing will be in English. The tone and final voice will be a mix of Hindi & English.
- Storytelling Skills : Researching is only the beginning. You need to be able to find relevant evidence, understand it thoroughly, and summarize it effectively. However, the real challenge is transforming research into an engaging narrative that resonates with viewers. We’re looking for individuals who can both research and craft compelling stories.

Prior experience in writing for journals, blogs, magazines, or newspapers is a plus but not mandatory.

The Hiring Process :

4. Final offer & compensation: If selected,





the position offers a compensation of Rs. 40,000 per month + variables.
