Role: Service Manager - Real Estate Group

Relevant Experience:- More than 5 Years in Business Development in Commercial Real Estate with Banks and FIS

Location:- Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad

Functional Competencies:-

- Good knowledge of Mortgage loan or real estate industry comprising of know-how of active developers & projects and various policies and regulations governing real estate industry.
- Basic Banking Know-How
- Loan Documentation Execution Knowledge
- Analytical Skills, interpersonal and communication skills, Well versed with English and local Language, Knowledge of Computer, good in excel and PPT.

Job Responsibilities:

Financial & Non-Financial Responsibilities:-

- To ensure Achievement of Sanction and Disbursement Targets
- To ensure Achievement of Fee Income
- To ensure Achievement of WIRR Targets
- To regulate GNPA % as per Budget, NCL % as per plan
- To manage Self-funded book from Liability relationship of existing customers, No of Enterprise Salary Mandate
- To ensure Adoption of Corporate Internet Banking and Retail Internet Banking platforms by customers
- To ensure Timely Renewal & Critical PDD >90 Days
- To do PSL Classification
- To ensure compliance as per regulatory standards and internal audit
- To ensure adequate Manpower availability
- To ensure team Productivity

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities-

- Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and guidelines and satisfactory internal audit. Adherence to the defined set of control of the Bank






- Showing and presenting all information collected for any case in healthy and clear terms, not to present any information related to customer, property, credit check, reference etc. about any customer while presenting the case of profile in visiting or appraising the case.

Qualification:- Any Graduate / Preferred PG/ MBA-Finance
