Your Primary Role:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's business goals focusing on data analysis, competitive market analysis, brand management, risk management, crisis management & ethics development
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Work with senior leadership to execute an IPO plan
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for growth.
About you (Your qualification and experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Strategy, Business, Operations Management, Computer Science (Tier 1 MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with strategy or consulting work experience.
- Experience with IT projects/ digitalization is an added advantage.
- SME knowledge of end-to-end sourcing processes, systems and daily operations.
