Roles and Responsibilities :

- Create/update project documentation like URR, Assessment, ITRA, ITOM etc
- Review configuration of the system based on the design documents with technical expert.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process documents and make recommendations for improvements
- Compliance with QualityDocs
- Change management documents including system upgrades, enhancements






- Implementation of GDPR, GxP and Sarbox controls wherever applicable .
- Expert in GDPR audit.
- Company Documents present in the quality docs are up to date.
