Job Description: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - IT Service CompanyLocation: AhmedabadExperience: 10+ Years from IT IndustryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the overall management of our IT service company. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the IT service industry and possess deep expertise in IT infrastructure, operations, and leadership. The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing teams, and ensuring business growth, while maintaining high standards in compliance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management: Oversee the company’s daily operations,
ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning across all departments. People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Business Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, drive business expansion strategies, and enhance the company’s market presence.
Sales & Service Delivery: Ensure seamless service delivery, manage client relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. Fund Utilization & Cost Management: Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and maximize profitability through strategic financial management. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and industry-specific compliances, mitigating risks and maintaining business integrity.
Requirements:Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT service industry, with a proven track record in business operations and leadership. IT Infrastructure Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service models, and industry best practices. Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire high performance.
Management & People Skills: Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, strategic, and creative thinking abilities, with a logical approach to complex challenges. Language: Fluency in English is a must, both written and verbal.
