We are seeking candidates for the following role :
Motion Graphic Designer
Job Title : Motion Graphic Designer
Job responsibilities
- Design and Animation: Create Visually Stunning Motion Graphics Animation and Visual Effects for Digital ads
- Research and Development - Develop Innovative concepts to attract online users through Digital Interactive ads
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and product team, to execute creative concepts that align with performance and business objectives
- AI Integration:
Utilize AI technologies to enhance the Animation transition with user engagement
- Project Management: Manage Multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Feedback and Iteration: Continuously iterate and improve creative work based on feedback, data analytics and client input
- Software Knowledge - Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Canva
Creative Skills
1. Design Aesthetics : Strong sense of visual storytelling and design principles.
2. Storyboarding : Ability to create storyboards and visual plans for projects.
3. Concept Development : Skills in developing creative concepts based on project briefs.
Soft Skills
1. Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and clients.
2. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and concepts clearly.
3. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills
1. Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
2. Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical and creative challenges.

Experience
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics projects.
- Relevant internships or coursework in graphic design, animation, or related fields.
Education
- A degree or coursework in graphic design, animation, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
